Right of Withdrawal and Returns

At Alf-I Merch, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

14-day right of withdrawal
Customers in Norway and the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For orders delivered in several shipments, the period begins when the final item in the order has been delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our Contact page or submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account before the 14-day period expires.

Returning your item
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

Please contact us before sending the item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address. Do not send returns directly to our production partner unless instructed to do so.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Condition of returned items
You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the product.

Refunds
Once a valid withdrawal request has been received, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where required by law, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing an express or premium delivery option instead of the standard delivery method is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received, or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. These cases are handled separately from the right of withdrawal and do not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Personalized products
Products that are genuinely customized or personalized specifically for the customer may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. Standard Alf-I Merch products with our regular designs are not treated as personalized merely because they are printed after an order is placed.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
